Earning Criteria

1. The badge earner will revise five lessons from the HSEP curriculum to include new knowledge and skills gained at the institute and submit them to a member of the Human Resources Services Cluster Team at MSDE for review. 2. The badge earner will implement an upgraded lesson in a live environment and submit the lesson, samples of student work product or formative assessments, and a written reflection on the lesson describing the successes and challenges of implementing the lesson.
