Earners of the So You Want to be a Non-Executive Director badge have an understanding of the role of a non-executive director including: the legal duties, how boards are structured and the role of the sub-committees. They will be familiar with the softer behavioural skills needed to enable them to make an effective contribution as a board member. This workshop counts for 5 CPD hours of structured learning.
