Earners of the Effective Non-Executive Director badge have the knowledge needed for any non-executive role including: an understanding of the legal responsibilities of a non-executive director; the latest in corporate governance, the sub-committees and their roles, boardroom dynamics and the characteristics of effective boards. They will understand how to think strategically and to challenge appropriately as an independent director. This workshop counts as 14 CPD hours of structured learning.
