Earning Criteria

Complete a half day workshop which provides an understanding of the Legal responsibilities of a NED, with sessions covering corporate governance, an introduction to the roles of sub-committees, board structure and dynamics, life as an independent director and the opportunities and risks of being a non-executive director.
Case studies in break out groups covering Corporate Governance.
