Earners have explored ways of gathering participant and partner evaluation and undertaken self-evaluation through reflective practice, of their own workshop delivery or workshops attended

Earners have been offered a voluntary role in a professional setting within an existing Audioactive workshop project. Earners to have undertaken 20 hours of leadership delivery as an Assistant Music Leader and to apply their knowledge of the Leadership training while volunteering.
