Participated in a range of sessions in Music Leadership Theory developing as an effective music leader, understanding about the benefits of music projects for young people and becoming a more effective role model for young people.

By undertaking a Music Leadership Theory course, the young person undertook and shared an audit of their personal qualities, beliefs, skills & knowledge to help develop as a young leader.

By studying safeguarding and behaviour management, the earner has learnt how to create an environment with effective boundaries and considered different settings to support more vulnerable young people using music projects.

Earners have learnt about effective monitoring and evaluation, and reflected on their own impact when delivering activities to young people. They have written an evaluation on their own delivery.
