Earning Criteria

The earner has attended a virtual course for five mornings, exploring what its really like to work in the creative cultural and digital sectors. They have attended an Industry Insights interactive session with employers, and shared ideas, thoughts and experiences in a group with other young people.

The earner has completed a course where they have taken part in a range of educational activities, identifying their transferable skills, developing their problem solving abilities and building their confidence and self esteem.

The Earner has undertaken a course which has developed their employability skills, such as writing a CV, writing a job application and preparing for an interview.
