Earners of the Gateway Technical College Human Resources Management certificate have demonstrated skills and knowledge in the area of human resources. They are able to conduct interviews, understand and apply basic labor regulations in the screening process, and design onboarding processes. In additional, they can create/apply HR regulations, understand labor law effects on employee cycle, apply concepts of change management, and use best practice diversity leadership in the processes.
