Earning Criteria

  • Appliance sales professionals are required to complete an online Monogram Certification program. The on-demand format allows participants to complete the certification at their own pace. The Monogram Certification program informs sales associates about the Monogram brand, luxury customer, product line-up and key features along with showroom demonstration tips.
  • Participants complete a series of assessments that reinforce and test retention of key content.
  • Participants must keep their certification current through an annual re-certification process.
