Earning Criteria

The on-demand format of the Profile Certification allows participants to complete the program at their own pace. The Profile Certification program informs sales associates about the Profile brand, customers, product line-up and key features along with showroom demonstration tips.

Participants complete a series of assessments that reinforce and test retention of key content.

Participants must keep their certification current through an annual re-certification process.
