Students complete learning modules to learn the fundamentals of Social Media Marketing, including: SMM Goals; Branding and style; Target audience; Assessing platforms; Assessing metrics/KPIs; Creating content; Creating a posting schedule

Students will create a Social Media Marketing Strategy Portfolio which includes brand guidelines, audience, metrics, strategy, sample content and posting schedule.

Students will present their strategy as a business presentation to staff acting as the board of the company. Students will be marked against a set of criteria throughout the presentation to achieve satisfactory completion of the microcredential.
