This program invites faculty and staff to develop skills and strategies to assist students in furthering their academic wellness and resources. Through interactive workshops, including the influence of social identity in the coaching relationship, stereotype threat, motivation theory and metacognitive study strategies, participants are introduced to resources through the lens of the Growth Mindset philosophy. Earning Criteria

Attendance (either in person or asynchronously via recorded sessions) at three of the monthly Teaching and Learning Center sessions facilitated by the Office of Academic Planning and Advising, as well as attendance at two additional self-selected biweekly sessions on various topics pertaining to academic coaching, relationship-building.
