The Personal Leadership Model Badge explores of a wide variety of leadership theories and models. Students will examine individual leadership theories, develop a personal leadership model, and demonstrate an understanding of a minimum of eight of the major leadership theories.

The Personal Leadership Model Badge will be awarded upon completion of the Leadership Skills and Practicing Leadership Badge and eight Personal Leadership level workshops, including the four required workshops and the submission of journal reflections for the eight workshops, and a Personal Leadership Model reflection paper.
