Earning Criteria

Participants complete 56 hours of training in-person, with an additional 10 hours, per topic, of outside learning activities and assignments. Training topics include: Design an integrated talent strategy for business objectives; Develop a L&D strategic budget & design strategy for ROI for the organization; Develop a L&D strategy for curriculum delivery; Develop measurement criteria for successful L&D strategies. Project work and 80% attendance is required.

Eligibility requirements include: Application and resume reviewed and approved by the Executive Development Assistant Director which includes demonstrating evidence of receiving an undergraduate degree or equivalent and 4 - 6 years of mid-level management experience.
