Through the collaboration between the Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development office (EEDP) and the Strategic Transformation and Innovation Portfolio, Debswana’s Intrapreneurship and Innovation (I&I) programme is a masterclass that aimed at helping aspiring employees to create viable intrapreneurial ideas which can add value to Debswana. The Programme was delivered by Dr. Jefferson Yu-Jen Chen from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).
