The participant completed a 14-hour virtual learning course on Project Management for Non-Project Managers at the Gordon Institute of Business Science. Upon completion the delegate should be able to plan, monitor, control and report on projects. The delegate should also be able to describe the key principles of project management and use and interpret key project tools and documents. Also identify key stakeholders and understand the fundamentals of project leadership.
