Earning Criteria

  • Learn: Attend the 4 live MLA sessions or complete the required make-up work: MLA Kickoff, Insights, Regional Session, Virtual Conference
  • Learn: Complete the self-paced MLA learning path – est. 10 hours
  • Learn: Participate in monthly individual and cohort activities and online discussions
  • Apply: Complete a series of six developmental experiences that demonstrates to others that one can successfully exceed the expectations of an experienced manager.
  • Assess: Successful completion of learning activities and 70% or better in online courseware assessments and/or quizzes.
