Earning Criteria

Learn: Attend both MLA virtual conferences or watch the recording and complete makeup work.

Learn: Participate in monthly individual and cohort activities and online discussions

Apply: Complete 6 of the 15 on the job experiences to demonstrate to others that you can successfully meet the expectations of an experienced manager.

Assess: Successful completion of learning activities and 70% or better in online courseware assessments and/or quizzes.
