Earning Criteria

• Learn: Completion of 6 hours of intermediate level CPE courseware in addition to on-the-job checklist of experiences.
• Apply: Ability to recall and recognize concepts, tools and techniques and demonstrate understanding of concepts in real-world situations and through internal/external conversations. Demonstrate 1,000 Hours worked in the Industry in the last year and 2,500 in total over any time period, attest to management experience and attest to contribution to a successful client sales campaign
• Assess: Successful completion of learning activities and 70% or better in online courseware assessments and/or quizzes.
• Completion of all courses and/or validation of learning application; attestation of: required hours worked in the Manufacturing, Food & Beverage Industry, has managed a team on at least two engagements in the Manufacturing, Food & Beverage Industry, has contributed to a winning proposal and/or presented to a client to win new business
