Earners have demonstrated they can support and develop innovation and enterprise skills in others by listening with empathy, sharing their knowledge, skills and life experience and building confidence. Earners have completed an enterprise training program and/or have experience of running an entrepreneurial business and are able to actively mentor others. Earners have demonstrated strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills, and can share ideas with diverse groups of learners.

Earners have attended mentor sessions and worked with groups of participants to provide guidance and encouragement through panel and group feedback sessions and online mentoring of individuals and groups

Earners have by listened with empathy, shared their knowledge, skills and life experience and provided advice and encouragement to help others succeed by sharing their own their entrepreneurial expertise

Earners have provided feedback to build the confidence and problem solving skills of workshop participants that reflects positively and confirms the mentor has been supportive and collaborative.

Earners have demonstrated negotiation, coaching and leadership skills and helped groups of learners collaborate to develop a viable business idea
