Earning Criteria

Earners have completed a total of 3 hours 50 minutes of self-directed Professional Development and 14 self-paced online Courses which includes watching several videos and undertaking a series of online interactive reflections and activities.

Earners who have completed the Financial Literacy skills activities have improved knowledge of the sources of funding and how to read financial statements. The course takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes to complete in terms of reading time and three hours of viewing time and is split into four modules.

Earners who have completed the Operational Literacy skills activities have covered areas such as personal branding, networking, marketing, and HR. The course takes approximately 1 hour of reading time and two hours of viewing time to complete in total and is split into five modules.

Earners who have completed the legal literacy skills activities have improved their understanding of legal issues within a business. The course takes approximately one hour and 10 minutes of reading time and two hours and ten minutes of viewing time to complete in total and is split into six modules
