Earners have completed a professional development program focused on embedding the skills of the future into the school environment. Earners built an understanding in collaboration and teamwork (CAT), applied techniques to help students work in teams, designing effective interdisciplinary and virtual collaboration and, strategies for assessing individual and collective CAT in the classroom. Earners developed a school based project to contextulise the learning to their local environment.

Earners of this micro-credential have attended two (2) face-to-face workshops including participation in group discussions and various learning activities

Earners have submitted completed written assessments including peer presentation highlighting key findings of localised classroom improvement project. Participants were asked to select one of two focus areas (i) Interdisciplinary Collaboration OR (ii) Digital Implementation of CAT
