Earners have analysed some of the challenges in working responsively and effectively alongside people with disabilities and their families within the context of government and community sector service delivery. Earners have considered the National Disability Strategy as one of the Australian government's political/policy responses to disability, evidence-based approaches such as positive behaviour support, and examined disability equity and access issues in work, education, and housing.
