Earners apply an innovative and adaptive mindset and can generate a range of creative strategies to co-design an employment pathway plan. Earners gain skills in semi-structured interview techniques and demonstrate effective interpersonal skills for local workplace contexts. They collaborate effectively with staff and external partners and demonstrate professional dependability and confidence in individual and workplace settings. They demonstrate a knowledge of ethics in an Australian workplace

Earning Criteria

Earners have engaged in 87 hours of paid work-experience at Griffith University, Yunus Centre or similar context

Earners have participated in a 8 hours of a co-designed masterclass

Earners have conducted research and analysed the current employability context for community groups e.g. migrant refugees in regional QLD, Logan and/or similar audiences/locations and provided a statement of findings

Earners have completed a reflective journal completed weekly with a minimum of 1 entry per week

Earners have undertaken semi-structured interviews with employers in regional areas and provided a statement of findings

Earners have created and developed a project proposal report for employment pathways for community groups (e.g. migrant refugees in Logan and/or similar locations

Earners have provided a project handover artefact (demonstration project)

Earners have presented project outcomes to the Yunus Centre and Access team
