First Peoples’ Health Yuwahn Wupin is the first of two micro-credentials guided by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Curriculum Framework. It involves 4-hours of self-paced content (in 5 modules) on each capability in the framework - Respect, Communication, Safety and Quality, Reflection, and Advocacy. Earners of this badge have demonstrated an awareness of health policies and practices that impact the health outcomes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Earning Criteria

Earners have completed each of the 5 cultural capability modules and the 10 quiz questions for each module (50 questions in total) to earn their digital badge.

Earners have received a score of 80% and above in each of the 5 module quizzes.

Earners are encouraged to add the credential to a professional development portfolio such as Pebble Pad and LinkedIn profile. Note: The achievement of this credential is a Fit for Professional Practice requirement for Griffith Health students prior to undertaking a placement as endorsed by the Griffith Health Executive.
