Fundamentals of Leadership for Water Sensitive Cities is a course comprised of a set of three, one-day leadership develop workshops (with the option of a follow-up workshop) for emerging water leaders in Australia’s capital cities with an interest in promoting the delivery of water sensitive cities. It was developed from the IWC’s Water Leadership Program with support from the CRC for Water Sensitive Cities.

Earning Criteria

Earners have completed a set of 3 related modules over 3 days either online or face to face on Introduction to leadership in the water sector and self-leadership, Leading high performing teams in the water sector and Leading across boundaries and addressing complex challenges

Earners have completed activities after the workshop e.g. updating a simple leadership development plan, working with a local mentor, and meeting with ~2 local buddies to share experiences working with the tools from the workshop)
