Earners have demonstrated via a professional development program, a FutureNormal mindset. The components are an understanding of sustainable business practices, a systems approach to problem solving, thinking past conceptual boundaries & a worldview that embraces ambiguity & adaptiveness. Thus earners can help their organisations become FutureNormal - one that is fit for the 21st century, acts meaningfully in its surroundings, aims for 100% of human wellbeing & sees money as a means not an end.
