Earners of the Griffith Award for Academic Excellence badge have demonstrated high levels of academic achievement. Earners are non-award, undergraduate and postgraduate students who maintain a high level of academic achievement based on the successful completion of 40CP within the academic year. This badge represents an achievement credential type that is not for credit.

Earning Criteria

Earners must have been enrolled in the same career level (non-award, undergraduate, postgraduate), and have undertaken study in two teaching periods in the academic year.

Earners' academic record over the academic year will include no Fail grades (3, 2, 1, Fail No Assessment Submitted, Withdraw with Failure), no unfinalised grades and include only graded course results (7, 6, 5, 4) for at least 40CP of courses.

Earners must achieve a cumulative career GPA of at least 6.0, calculated over the academic year excluding non-graded passes and any credit applied.
