Earners have completed an online professional development program that provided an introduction to intergenerational practice focused on bringing together older people and younger people for a meaningful reciprocal learning experience. Through the online program, earners focused on key components of intergenerational practice including developing an intergenerational program, implementing and evaluating across a mix of self-paced learning modules and virtual group discussions.
