Leading Action Research - Credit

Earners have demonstrated an understanding of the history and principles of Action Research and how to apply it to a local environment or workplace. Earners identified and scoped a site-based improvement project that identified a focus area and process for getting started, a plan to create a sustainable project that moved from cycle-to-cycle, and demonstrated ability to reflect on progress. Earners completed the required course assessment: Critical Participatory Action Research (CPAR) project.
