Earners of this micro-credential have completed a professional development program designed to enhance confidence, build knowledge, and develop the requisite skills needed to effectively manage learning support within a school environment. Earners have completed five modules including: Introduction to learning support, Collaboration and role of the learning support teacher, Inclusion and differentiation within diverse classrooms, Response to intervention and adjustments and Impact on practice.

Earners have successfully completed the five professional development modules including associated learning activities. The five completed modules included: introduction to learning support, collaboration and the role of the learning support teacher, inclusion and differentiation within diverse classrooms, response to intervention and adjustments and impacts on practice.

Earners have successfully completed an assessment task which requires earners to develop a learning reflection journal tailored to their individual school environment and role within the school focused on demonstrating the impact on practice of the micro-credential. Earners were required to submit the journal and received a passing grade.
