Earners have completed nationally accredited PASS Leader training developing high level leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills. They have demonstrated excellent facilitation skills in face-to-face and/or digital environments leading their peers by establishing teamwork that relies on problem solving, creative thinking, cross-cultural communication and responding to feedback. Earning Criteria

Earners have designed active peer learning sessions consisting of group work activities that explore and reinforce course-specific concepts

Earners have incorporated flexibility in the session designs so they can respond to students’ queries and material they want covered

Earners have modelled and promoted independent learning activities and techniques that can be used in group settings or private study and adapted for use across their students’ broader course-load

Earners have established successful working relationships with the lecturer/s involved in the course

Earners have assisted their peers to build a supportive network of friends and co-learners

Earners have managed group dynamics for each session using good communication and cross-cultural capabilities that encourage safe and respectful interactions even when faced with problem students, poor group interchanges and quiet or shy participants
