Earners have been elected to the Griffith University Postgraduate Student Association (GUPSA) Board during the period indicated on the badge. Earners are part of an elected board, designed to act as a bridge between the University and women-identifying postgraduate students at Brisbane and Logan campuses.

Earners have broadened awareness among women-identifying postgraduate students of the role and objectives of the Association and the services it provides.

Earners have represented the interests of women-identifying postgraduate students at an Association and a University level, and externally with relevant bodies.

Earners have liaised with relevant Griffith University bodies, such as the Equity Committee and Safe Campuses Advisory Committee, on issues affecting women-identifying postgraduate students.

Earners have liaised with the CAPA Women’s Officer, to represent the interests of GUPSA’s women-identified postgraduate student members.

Earners have determined specific issues affecting women-identifying postgraduate students and make recommendations to the Board and representations to other bodies in the broader University community to address them.

Earners have brought women-identifying postgraduate students together to better elicit their ideas and represent them.

Earners have acted as a full member of the Board; and carried out such other duties as the Constitution or By-Laws and Board may prescribe or permit.
