Earners have participated in a workshop to provide solutions for a complex real-world problem provided by SAFECOM (South Australia Fire and Emergency Services Commission) agencies. Earners worked face-to-face and virtually to understand the problem from the perspectives of multiple stakeholders, identify causal drivers underpinning the problem, identify hypotheses on the nature of the problem and test these hypotheses with the problem owner through face-to-face discussion and presentation.
