Earners have provided exceptional feedback to the Microsoft Project Lagro pilot which tested and developed a new LinkedIn/Teams-based app. Earners provided timely/considered feedback for Microsoft developers to build upon and improve the app. They have participated in surveys, 1:1 interviews, and multiple testing tasks. The earner displayed strong communication skills, self-management, and initiative, and was a top performer. Successful recipients are nominated by Microsoft in the US.

  • Earner has completed pilot testing activities as set by Microsoft -  this includes participating in user testing, 1:1 interviews, and surveys among other activities
  • Earner has provided considered feedback to set tasks- this includes identifying bugs, making inciteful suggestions for improvement, and highlighting things which did not work well.  
  • Earner has communicated effectively with Microsoft developers, ensuring feedback was clear. The project team were on the other side of the planet.  
  • Earner has demonstrated exceptional self-management and initiative while working autonomously to contribute to an improved user-experience of the custom app.
