Earners gained the skills and knowledge to develop scholarship programs through benchmarking against Australian and International scholarship programs. Observation of the scholarship cycle and collaboration with Australian universities and government agencies has equipped earners with knowledge to further develop effective scholarships in response to selected human resource objectives.
