Earners effectively practice teaching for learning as contemporary university educators. Earners have examined how students learn in higher education; designed learning experiences that are learning-focused and incorporate contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogies; created learning experiences using active learning strategies; and critically reflected on L&T beliefs and practices. Earners can teach and design for learning sessions based on contemporary learning theories and research evidence.
