Earners of the badge have developed skills and knowledge of environmental policies and regulations, waste research and waste to energy technologies. Earners understand the principles of the economic feasibility and infrastructure investment in waste to energy and the priorities and risks involving public health, social and environmental considerations. Earners can plan, manage, identify and implement waste to energy operations and monitor toxic materials of burning waste to generate energy.
