Demonstrated tactical coaching at an Advanced level, based on analysis of coaching recordings submitted and assessed by GRIST Behavioural Analysts on the GRIST Tactical Coaching Behavioural Benchmark.
Documented behavioural inputs implemented through tactical coaching and the resulting in performance outcomes through a case study, submitted and assessed by GRIST.
Developed team members through coaching and leadership conversations to successfully implement behaviour change.
Tracked change over time in team members, from both a behavioural (input) and performance (output) perspective, and adjusted coaching appropriately.
