Recipients of this badge have participated in semester or year-long field work or undergraduate research working in collaboration with a faculty members in their discipline. Students who receive this badge have successfully developed the skills to operate in the real-world environments of workplaces relevant to their career path, weather that is in a clinical setting for Human Services students or conducting original research in a STEM or Social Sciences.
