Emerging Latino Leadership Program (ELLP) is a dynamic and intensive Action Learning Experience that transforms high-potential Latino/a/x/e professionals into high-performing leaders. The cohort-based program enables participants to lead their teams and organizations more effectively. The curriculum assists participants in mastering the multiple roles and unique challenges that Latinx professionals face. This is done via self-reflection, coaching, peer mentoring, and culturally relevant content.
