Earners of the Leadership Skills for Supervisors badge have attended a one-day workshop focused on developing leadership skills around communication, coaching, and conflict. Participants identified their own leadership style and explored ways to meet the needs of their employees and co-workers through coaching and communication. They also developed ways to use conflict as a powerful force for creative, well rounded solutions to problems.
