The HBDI Ambassador is a liaison/facilitator between his/her currently assigned solutions team and the HBDI Herrmann team. The HBDI Ambassador will work with his/her Solution Team Lead and Project Coordinator to facilitate activities and events to help improve group dynamics, maximizing the benefits of healthy communication and both internal and cross-team collaboration.
