Foundational Legal Writing Badge - Case Briefing

The badge earner displayed competency in the methodology for writing legal case briefs using the IRAC method. They successfully completed exercises that fulfilled three main areas of focus : (1) an introduction to the purposes and uses case briefs; (2) a detailed examination of each of the components of a typical case brief; and (3) application of the knowledge gained by submitting two case briefs.
