Hilton’s Corporate Summer Internship offers students an insider’s perspective of the world of hospitality. Hilton, a global award-winning industry leader, hosts this 10-week Early Talent program. Assigned to one of many corporate business units, each intern will experience a curriculum of hotel and business immersions, participation in Executive Committee speaker forums, completion of required internal and external virtual learning and a final leadership panel presentation.

Earning Criteria

Complete Hilton internship on a business team. Participate in the Collective Experience, Travel with Purpose, and Hotel Immersion. Attend executive speaker forums to gain a holistic understanding of Hilton and hospitality.

Self-evaluation, allowing for reflection of the intern experience, growth and development. Additionally, intern is assessed by their direct manager for performance and growth meeting expectations or above on all objectives and Hilton Values

Complete required virtual Hilton University trainings through the onboarding process. Successfully completing all embedded assessments. Attend at least one small group session with a leader and submit at least one question prior to the session. Complete at least 2 hours of LinkedIn Learning Courses/Videos to supplement learning and/or upskill OR attend at least two optional Lunch & Learns.

Prepare and present to leadership panel using a collective prompt (Submission of Work product as evidence). Participate in the Storytelling workshop, crafting and sharing their Hilton story.
