Team Members who complete Revenue Management @ Work - Level 1 are prepared to execute the GRO business process and manage by exception. They are able to recognize when it is appropriate to influence and override, how to address periods of high and low demand, & develop a future selling strategy. Team Members use the knowledge and skills gained to fine tune their hotel's Revenue Management strategy while following Hilton's established best practices, including the GRO Forecast Review process.

Earning Criteria

Complete the Revenue Management @ Work Level 1 Learning Labs, consisting of 6 instructor-led sessions totaling 15 hours of virtual in-class time. Learning labs are: 1. Introduction; 2. Foundations to Success; 3. Working with GRO; 4. Ensure GRO Know what You Know; 5. Monitor Performance; 6. Extended Stay or Full Service Lifestyle & Luxury Revenue Management.

Complete pre- and post- behavioral and skills assessment. This is used to evaluate growth in skills and behaviors from before and after completion of the course. A final assessment on knowledge gained must also be passed before the learner completes the program.

Learners create an action plan throughout the course that they use to track the implementation of new strategies and behaviors learned from Revenue Management @ Work.
