Complete the Revenue Management @ Work Level 2 Learning Labs, consisting of 5 instructor-led sessions totaling 12.5 hours of virtual in-class time and 7.5 hours of indivudal learning activities. Learning labs are: 1. Strategic Foundations; 2. Business Insights; 3. The Power of Data; 4. Lead with Strategy; 5. Influence Your Audience.

Complete pre- and post- behavioral and skills assessment. This is used to evaluate growth in skills and behaviors from before and after completion of the course. A final assessment on knowledge gained must also be passed before the learner completes the program.

Learners develop a strategic plan throughout the workshop with intent to implement at the hotel. Learners create an action plan throughout the course that they use to track the implementation of new strategies and behaviors learned from Revenue Management @ Work Level 2.
