Earning Criteria

• Have a minimum of 5 years in the industry and meet the following criteria: Leads all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewal of book of business; Responsible for overall retention of accounts in assigned book of business and relationship expansion; Acquires understanding of clients’ business and insurance objectives and critically analyzes and compares insurance plans and HUB services.
Complete comprehensive, 5-day workshop and all associated assignments.
Demonstrate competency through examination, final learning project, and booked revenue.
