In this workshop, the earner will begin with DEI 101 and definitions. The earner will gain knowledge on topics like visible and invisible identities, dimensions of power and privilege, microaggressions, the cycle of socialization, implicit bias, intent vs. impact, cultural awareness, and allyship. Throughout the session, the earner will also have the opportunity to interact with the content and facilitators through live polls, chats, and Q&A.
