Skills
Earning Criteria
-
The earner has quantified climate change data by constructing at least two graphs of temperature change through the last ~100 years for a community, and with a linear regression, evaluated what the slope of the line and regression coefficient suggest. The earner has also reported on additional climate data relating to precipitation and storm events, and the relevance of that data to their chosen community.
-
The earner has articulated and distributed an ethical communication on the climate crisis to a chosen community, by outlining how climate change is and will impact that community. This communication engages with scientific evidence to address climate problems with sustainable solutions.
